When you purchase CartRecovr Pro, the following data is collected and processed by Paddle (our payment provider): name, email address, billing address, payment information (processed and stored by Paddle — we do not store payment details), and country (for tax calculation).
We receive from Paddle: your name, email, and transaction details (amount, date, subscription status). We use this to issue and manage your licence key.
The CartRecovr plugin installed on your WordPress site processes the following data about your store's customers:
Important: This data is stored in your own WordPress database on your own server. FluxWillow does not have access to your customers' data. You are the data controller for your customers' data under GDPR.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
The CartRecovr plugin stores abandoned cart data in custom database tables on your WordPress server. As the store owner, you control this data entirely. The plugin provides:
CartRecovr Pro includes email open and click tracking. When a recovery email is opened, a 1x1 pixel image is loaded from your WordPress server. When a customer clicks the restore link, the click is recorded before redirecting. This data is stored in your WordPress database. No third-party tracking services are used.
The CartRecovr plugin sets one cookie (cartrecovr_sid) on your store's checkout page to track the visitor's session for cart capture purposes. This cookie expires after 30 days and contains only a random session identifier — no personal information.
Our website may use cookies set by Google Analytics for anonymous traffic analysis.
