Simple version: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on CartRecovr Pro. If it does not work for you, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
If you purchase CartRecovr Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. This applies to your first payment only.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used during purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund requests made after the 14-day period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion, particularly if there is a technical issue we are unable to resolve.
CartRecovr Pro subscriptions renew automatically each year. If you forget to cancel before a renewal and contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will issue a full refund for that renewal period. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
The free version of CartRecovr is available on WordPress.org at no cost and does not require a licence key. There is nothing to refund for the free version.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or if the licence key has been shared with third parties in violation of our Terms of Service.
