These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CartRecovr and any other digital products ("Products") provided by FluxWillow ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.
When you purchase a CartRecovr Pro licence, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress websites specified by your licence tier (Personal: 1 site, Business: 5 sites, Agency: 25 sites). You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share your licence key with third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your licence key. Each licence key may only be activated on the number of sites allowed by your tier. You may deactivate a licence from one site and reactivate it on another within your site limit.
All payments are processed through Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, currency conversion, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
CartRecovr Free is distributed through the WordPress.org Plugin Directory under the GPL v2 or later licence. The free version does not require a licence key and is subject to the GPL licence terms.
Active Pro subscribers receive plugin updates and email support for the duration of their subscription. Support is provided via email and is limited to issues directly related to the CartRecovr plugin. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, themes, or server configuration.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with CartRecovr Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed through Paddle. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

CartRecovr and the FluxWillow brand, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of FluxWillow. The free version is licensed under GPL v2+. Pro features, including but not limited to the licence key system, tracking, coupon generation, targeting rules, and reporting dashboard, are proprietary and protected by copyright.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress environment, theme, or plugin. We are not liable for any lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxWillow's total liability for any claim related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your licence if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Pro features and remove the plugin from all sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
